• Massage a small amount on heels, elbows, hands, cuticles, or anywhere you need extra moisture and protection from the elements.
• This is a heavy duty cream formulated to treat super dry areas. It's a bit too heavy for all over the body. It takes a while to soak in completely, so I recommend putting on a pair of socks after applying it to the feet.
• For hands use sparingly if you will be handling glass immediately afterwards. It absorbs in about 5 minutes or so.
